Members who were there learned about the credit union's successes in the last year and our plans for the future. This year it was both an honor and a privilege to have Dr. Gene Harris, Superintendent Columbus City Schools and Rhonda Johnson, CEA President join us in presenting our scholarship winners with their scholarships. Golf Outing 2008 (Click for Pictures) We would like to thank everyone who participated in our fourth annual "Educators Golfing for Scholarship" outing. The golfers enjoyed a day of golfing and fun at Riviera Golf Club. All proceeds from this event benefit the "MidState Educators Scholarship Foundation." The foundation currently awards five $2,000 scholarships every spring to graduating high school seniors. Golf Outing 2007 (Click for pictures) The third annual Educators Golfing for Scholarships event was held on Monday, June 18, 2007 at the Riviera Golf Club. The event drew over 70 golfers. All proceeds from this event will benefit the MidState Educators Scholarship Foundation, which currently funds five $2,000 scholarships each spring to graduating high school seniors. Annual Meeting 2007 (Click for pictures) MidState Educators Credit Union's 71st Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, March 24, 2007 at the Longaberger Alumni House. Members in attendence learned about the credit union's achievements in the past year and our plans for the future. The results of the election of the Directors to the Board were announced. Also our five scholarship winners were recognized. A good time was had by all who attended. Golf Outing 2006 (Click here) MidState Educators Credit Union’s 2nd Annual “Educators Golfing for Scholarships” event was held on June 29th at Riviera Golf Club and drew 76 golfers. All proceeds benefit the MidState Educators Credit Union Scholarship Foundation, which currently awards 5 - $2000 scholarships each year to graduating high school seniors. Members in attendance learned about the credit union's achievements in the past year and our plans for the future.
