MidState Educators Credit Union offers a basic checking account to members who would not otherwise qualify for a checking account. 

• Minimum opening deposit is $25.00
• No minimum monthly balance is required
• Monthly service fee is $10.00
• ATM card is available for withdrawals only
• Overdraft is available from the savings account

*Not all members will qualify for the basic checking account. MidState Educators Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to establish any checking account service based on previous or other account performance. To be considered there must be no history of loss to the credit union in any way.
