Our Preferred Classic Visa card offers a rate of 11.9% Annual Percentage Rate. There is no annual fee or application fee associated with the card. There is a 25 day grace period, calculated from the statement closing date to the payment due date, in which members can pay the New Purchases balance to avoid a finance charge. There is no fee to transfer high-interest credit card balances to a credit union visa.
