Who we are and who we aspire to be. Established in 1936.
We are an organization driven by the conviction that people should always plan for their financial futures and that doing so will improve the quality of their lives. It is only through personal relationships that we will be able to provide them with the education so necessary to successfully navigate the challenges and decisions linked to their financial success. Reflective of our heritage and our appreciation for the social impact that education has on our society, we will continue to serve members of the educational community as our primary point of emphasis. The hallmark of our relationships with our members will be our understanding of their needs and how we serve them. We will be respectful of their lifestyle needs in making ourselves and our services accessible.
We will never be satisfied that we have done all that we can do for our members. Our goal is to serve them with the highest level of member care and quality service. Such a goal cannot have an expiration date. Therefore, we commit to continuously working to make things better for every member in terms of our products, pricing, accessibility, and the ease of doing business with us.
We will provide our members with proven state of the art services, and delivery mechanisms to better equip them to manage their personal finances. We will be respectfully proactive in alerting them to opportunities and innovations that could improve their situations, and we will be respectful of their lifestyle needs in making our services and ourselves as easily accessible as possible.
Essential to understanding of our chosen field of membership is a close and mutually respectful working relationship with a Board of Directors representative of the full range of the field of membership. By proactively engaging the Board in the key issues facing the credit union, we will fulfill our social obligations to our membership and to each other.
Our primary goal in everything we do is to be acutely aware of and committed to serving the financial best interests of every member.
